AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING REONING
APPLICATION NO. OZ-36, AND CHANGING ZONING OF PROPERTY FROM
AG AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO RS1 RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT
AND AG AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO RMH RESIDENTIAL MOBILE
HOME PARK DISTRICT AND AG AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO RS3 RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re-
quested rezoning for the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the re-
commendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all state-
ments for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-36,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1e That the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described property, to-wit:
Lots 1 through 16, Block 1; Lots 1 through 32, Block
2; Lots 1 through 32, Block 3, and Lots 1 through
25, Block 4, Hale Acres, City of Owasso, Tulsa
County, Oklahoma
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AG Agriculture District
to a RS-1 Residential Singe Family District classification.
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described property, to-wit:
Lots 8 through 28, Block 1; Lots 8 and 9, Block 2;
Lots 5 through 36, Block 3; and Lots 1 through 5,
Block A, Hale Acres 2nd Addition, City of Owasso,
Tulsa County, Oklahoma,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture Dis-
trict to a RMH Residential Mobile Home Park District classifi-
cation.
SECTION 3, That the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described property, to-wit:
Lots 37 through 45, Block 3; Lots 6 through 14,
Block 4; and Lots 1 through 5, Block 5, Hale Acres
2nd Addition, City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Okla-
homa,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture Dis-
trict to RS-3 Residential Single Family District classifica-
tion.
SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly re-
pealed.
EMERGENCY.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist for the preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety, by reason

whereof this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and
after its passage, approval and Dublication.
