OZ-37, AND CHANGING ZONING OF PROPERTY FROM AG AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO IL INDUSTRIAL LIGHT DISTRICT, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re- quested rezoning for the property herein described, and WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the re- commendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all state- ments for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-37, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the follow- ing described property, to-wit: All that part of the NE k, of the SE 4, of the SE k lying West of the U.S. Highway 169 right-of-way in Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture Dis- trict to an IL Industrial Light District classification. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed. EMERGENCY An emergency is hereby declared to exist for the preser- vation of t'n:e-public peace, health and safety, by reason whereof this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, approval and publication.
