AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING REZONING
APPLICATION NO. OZ-44, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PART OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the
requested rezoning for the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation
of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-44,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following
descrbied property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said NE-4 of the
NW-4 of Section 31, said point lying 200 feet West from the
intersection of the Westerly Right-of-Way of the Atchison
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway and the said North line of the
NE-4 of the NW-4 of Section 31, asaid intersection point
being 150 feet Westerly, as measured along a line radial to
the centerline, of the main tract of said Railway; thence
West along said North line of the NE/4 of the NW/4 of Section
31 a distance o f987 feet more or less to the Northwest
corner thereof, thence South along the West line of
said NE-4 of the NW-4 of Section 31 a distance of 417.42
feet to a point; thence East and parrallel to the said North
line of the NE-4 of the NW-4 of section 31 a distance of
987 feet more or less to a point; thence North along a line
perpendicular to the said North line a distance of 417.42
feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.46 acres ore
or less,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture district
classicication to an IL Industrial Light district classicication.
SECTION 2. That all ordinance or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.

DINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

NW /4 of Section 31, said point lying 200 feet West from the
intersection of the Westerly Right-of-Way of the Atchison

the NE /4 of the NW /4 of Section 31, said intersection point
being 150 feet Westerly, as measured along a line radial to
the centerline, of the main track of said Railway; thence
West along said North line of the NE /4 of the NW /4 of
Section 31 a distance of 987 feet more or less to the Nor-
thwest corner thereof, thence South along the West line of
said NE/4 of the NW /4 of Section 31 a distance of 417.42
feet to a point; thence East and parallel to the said North
line of the NE/4 of the NW /4 of Section 31 a distance of 987
feet more or less to a point; thence North along a line
perpendicular to the said North line a distance of 417.42
feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.46 acres more
