AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIANCE NO. 175, APPROVING REZONING APPLICATION
NO. OZ-45, AND REPEALING ALL ORDIANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICH HEREWITH
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the
requested rezoning for the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendations
for the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requsted rezoning of OZ-45
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. Than the zoning classification of the following
described property to wit:
A tract of land located in section six, township 21
north, range 14 east, tulsa county, oklahoma, the
tract being more particulary described as starting
at the southeast corner of said section 6, said
corner being parked by a standard oklahoma concrete
monument with brass plate and being located in the
approximate center line intersections of east 116th
street north and u. s. hightway 169; thence north 890
50' 54" west along the south line of said section 6
for a distance of 1182.60' to a point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture Dis-
trict classification to a CG Commercial General District class-
ification.
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described property, to wit:

be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture Dis-
trict classification to a CS Commercial Shopping District class -
ification,
SECTION 3. That all ordinances
conflict herewith be and the same are
PASSED and APPROVED this
