AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING
REZONING APPLICATION NO. OZ-46, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the requested
rezoning for the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation
of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-46,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following
described property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township
21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma; thence
north 00 01'55" East, 660.00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 00 01'55" East, 330.00 feet to a point; thence
West 752.85 feet to a point; thence South 10 49'07" West
180.00 feet to a point; thence South 44 06'59" West 213.39
feet to a point; thence East 935.00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 6.14 acres more or less,
be and the same is hereby rezoning from an RM-1 Residential
Multifamily Low Denisty District classification to an RS-3
residential Single Family High Density district classification;
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed.

Acceptance of the Cable Television Ordinance 79 -275 dated 11- 20 -79.

Dear Mayor Spencer:
Be it known by these presents that Community Development Cablevision, Inc.,
by and through its president, Thomas E. Belcher, does hereby accept and
approve Ordinance No. 79 -275 dated the 20th day of November, 1979 which is
an Ordinance granting to Community Development Cablevision, Inc. the right
and privilege to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system
within the City of Owasso, Oklahoma.
Accepted this 27th day of November, 1979.

RESOLUTION APPROVING
ASSIGNMENT OF CABLE
TELEVISION RIGIiTS
AND PRIVILEGES
WHEREAS the City of Owasso, Oklahoma has, pursuant to
Ordinance No. 275, heretofore granted a franchise and per-
mit to Community Development Cablevision, Inc., and,
WHEREAS Community Development Cablevision, Inc. has
requested, pursuant to Section 16 of said ordinance No. 275,
permission to sell and assign all its rights and privileges
thereunder to Conestoga Cablevision, Inc., and,
WIiEREAS, the City of Owasso, having been fully advised,
finds that the sale to Conestoga Cablevision, Inc. would be
in the best interests of the citizens of Owasso and the same
should be approved, now.
TIiEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Owasso that
the sale and assignment of all of the rights and privileges
of Community Development Cablevision, Inc. to Conestoga
Cablevision, Inc. be, and the same is hereby approved;
provided, that this approval shall not be final and effec-
tive until Conestoga Cablevision , Inc. shall, in writing,
file with the City Clerk, its statement that it will be
responsible for the full performance of all the conditions,
liabilities, covenants and obligations contained in Ordinance
No. 275. Such statement shall be submitted to the Owasso
City Council for approval, prior to filing of same with the
City Clerk.
