AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 175, APPROVING RE-
ZONING, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following
described property to-wit:
All of Lot 11 and 12, Block 3, Three lakes addition; all
of
Lots 26 through 38, Block 4, Three Lakes Addition;
and all of Lots 15 through 25, Block 5, Three Lakes Addition;
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AG Agriculture District
classification to a RD residential Duplex district Classification
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the the following
described property to-wit:
All of Lot 24 and 25, Block 4, Three Lakes Addition;
be and the same is ereby rezoned from an AG agriculture district
classification to a RS-3 Residential Single Family High
Density district classification.
SECTION 3. That the zoning classification of the following
described proerty to-wit:
All of Lot 13, Block 3, Three Lakes Addition; all of Lot
26, Block 5, Three Lakes addition, LESS AND EXCEPT a tract
of land described as beginning at the soutwest corner of
Lot 26, Block 5, Thence N0 00' E, 220.00 feet along
the west said lot line,thence East 270.06 feet along a curve
left with a radius of 880.00 and a central angle of 11 57' 14"
along the North said lot line, thence s 6 43' 00"
E, 4.6 feet, thence 146.56 feet along a curve right with
a radius of 279.91 feet and a central angle of 30 00' 00",
thence s 23 17' 00" W, 99.17 feet, thence due west, 393.44
feet along the south lot line to the pont of beginning,
and containing 2.218 acres;
and
commencing at the SW corner of Lot 26, Block 5, of Three
Lakes Addition, thence due East a distance of 393.44" to a
point, said point being the point of beginning; thernce due
East a distance of 442.64" to a point; thence S 5 54' 32"
E a distance of 137.73'; thence s 70 45' 57" W a distance
of 43.66'; thence S 46 16'55" W a distance of 609.41';
thence N 0 51' 29" E a distance of 515.57'; thence N 23
58'14" E a distance of 97.54' to a point of beginning,
containing 4.1 acres more or less;
be and the same is ehreby rezoned form an AG Agriculure district
classification to a RM-1 Residential Multifamily Low Denisty
distric classification.

SECTION 4, That the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described property to-wit;
All of Lot 5, 6 and 7, of Three Lakes industrial park
phase II; and Lots 1 through 5, dock 1, Three Lakes Indus-
trial Park;
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture dis-
trict classification, to a IL Industrial Light district classifi-
cations
SECTION 5, That the zoning classification of the follow-
ing described property to-wit:
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture dis-
trict classification to a CG Commercial General district class-
ification.
SECTION 69 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed,
EMERGENCY.
An emergency is hereby delcared to exist for the preserva-
tion of the public peace, health and safety, by reason whereof
this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
PASSED and APPROVED and the Emergency Clause ruled upon
separately this day of 1979
