OZ-47 CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL) and RM-I (RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY LOW DENSITY DISTRICT CLASSIFI- CATION) TO CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL), AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the requested rezoning for the property herein described, and WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-47, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property, to-win A potion of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 SW/4 SE/4 SE/4) of Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according to the United States Survey thereof, more particularly described as beginning in the East boundary of said W/2 SW/4 SE/4 SE/4 a distance of 45.10 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North 89 C 54117" West a distance of 180.18 feet to a point; thence North 0"17' West a distance of 150.0 feet to a Doi; t; thence North 89"54117" West a distance of 150.0 feet to a point on the West boundary of said W/2 SW14 SE/4 SE/4; thence North 0017' West a distance of 178.10 feet to a point; thence North 8146158" East a distance of 330.27 feet to a point; thence South 00161 08" East a distance of 329.90 feet to the point of beginning Jam' and the same is hereby rezoned from a CG Commercial General and RM-I Residential Multifamily Low Density District Classification to a CC Commercial General Classification, Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby, expressly repealed. PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of November.
