HomeMy WebLinkAbout291_Repealing Water Rationing4 4 983 1 35 CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA ORDINANCE NO 291 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF WATER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, an emergency had heretofore existed requiring restrictions on the use of water; and WHEREAS, the need for restrictions and rationing has passed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: That Ordinance No. 288 and all the restrictions on the use of water therein contained are hereby repealed and Water Ordinance No. 288 is hereby declared to be in no further force or effect. PASSED AND APPROVED, and the emergency clause ruled upon separately, this day of 1980. B o Spencer Mayor ATTEST.
