ORDINANCE NO 298
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING
ZONING APPLICATION NO. OZ-56 CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, OF THE INDIAN BASE
MERIDIAN IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM AG AGRI-
CULTURE RS2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, AND REPEALING
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH. f

wHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re-
quested rezoning for the property here described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recom-
mendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-56,
, THEREFORE, BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following
described property, to-wit:
A tract of land beginning at a point on the South line
of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the
Indian Base and Meridian, said point being 1155 feet
West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter,
Southeast quarter, thence North 132 feet, thence East
300 feet, thence South 132 feet, thence West 300 feet
to the point of beginning, in Tulsa County, State of
Oklahoma,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture District
classification to a RS2 Single Family District classification.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed
