OZ-58 CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM RS-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RM-2 RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re- quested rezoning for the property herein described, and WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recom- mendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of OZ-58, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the follow- ing described property, to -wit: Lot 6, Block 6, Original Town of Owasso, known as 110 West Second Street, in Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, be and the same is hereby rezoned from an RS -3 Single Family Residential district classification to a RM -2 Residential Multi- Family district classification. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed. PASSED separately, AND APPROVED, with the Emergency Clause ruled upon this 7th day of April 1981.
