ORDINANCE NO. 308
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING ZONING
APPLICATION NO. OZ -60 CHANGING THE ZONING OF NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF
THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA,
FROM AG AGRICULTURE TO OL OFFICE LIGHT AND RS-3 RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE FAMILY, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re-
quested rezoning for the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recom-
mendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested rezoning of OZ -60,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following
descri e property, to -wit:
The North 420 feet of the West 467.25 feet of the East
517.25 feet of the North 660 feet of the South Half of
the Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa
County, Oklahoma, according to the U,S. Government Sur-
vey thereof, containing 4,5 acres more or less,
be and the same is hereby remaining as an AG Agriculture District
classification.
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following
describe property, to -wit:
The North 180 feet of the South 240 feet of the West
315 feet of the East 365 feet of the North 660 feet of
the South half of the Northeast quarter of Section 19,
Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base
and Meridian, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, accord-
ing to the U.S. Government Survey thereof,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture District
classification to an OL Office Light District classification.
SECTION 3. That the zoning classification of the following
described property. to-wit:
A tract of land situated in the South half of the North-
east quarter of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range
14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County,
State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S, Government
Survey thereof, being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of
said South half of the Northeast quarter, said point
being 517.25 feet West of the Northeast corner of said
South half of the Northeast quarter; thence North 89°
55' 12" West along the North line of said South half
of the Northeast quarter a distance of 174.18 feet to
the Northeast corner of Block 3 of Ator Heights 4th
Addition, a subdivision of the City of Owasso, Tulsa
County, State of Oklahoma; thence South 0° 02' 34" West
along the East line of said Block 3 of Ator Heights 4th
Addition a distance of 591.74 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 1, Block 3 of said Ator Heights 4th Addition;

thence South 80° 41' 12" East a distance of 0.00 feet;
thence Easterly on a curve to the left, said curve
having a radius of 642.26 feet and a central angle of
90 14' 00" along the North Right-of-Way line of East
22nd Street a distance of 103.50 feet to a point of
tangency; thence South 89° 55' 12" East, continuing
along the North Right-of-Way line of East 22nd Street
a distance of 223.38 feet to a point; thence North
0° 02' 34" East a distance of 180.00 feet to a point;
thence North 89° 55' 12" West a distance of 152.25
feet to a point; thence North 0° 02' 34" East a dis-
tance of 420.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, con-
taining 3.02 acres more or less,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture District
classification to an RS-3 Residential Single Family District
classification.
SECTION 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict zerewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
