THE SW /4 SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14
EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN IN TULSA
COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT
SURVEY THEREOF, FROM AG AGRICULTRUE TO IL INDUSTRIAL
LIGHT, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request
for rezoning the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommenda-
tion of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and
against the requested rezoning of OZ -63.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA.
SECTION 1: That the zoning classification of the following
described property, to -wit:
A tract containing 10 acres, more or less, in the
SW/4 Section 30 Township 21 North Range 14 East
Tulsa County, Oklahoma described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the south west corner of
a 5 acre tract more particularly described as a
tract of land, containing 5.0 acres, in the SE /2
of the SW/2 of Section 30, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, said tract
lying entirely south of the curved Southwesterly
right of way line of th A.T. & S.F. Railway, said
right of way line being 150' Southwesterly of, as
measured radially to, the center line of said
railway, and said tract being a part of the vacated
part of Greenlee's Addition to the Town of Owasso,
and said tract being more particularly described
as beginning at a point on the Southerly line of
said Section 30, said point also being on said
railway right of way line; thence Westerly along
the Southerly line of said Section 30 for 424.19
feet; thence Northerly at a right angle for 906.32'
to a point on said Railway Right of Way line; thence
Southeasterly along a curve to the right with a radius
of 3287.751; and along said railway right of way line
for 1004.58' to the point of beginning of said 5.0
acre tract of land,; thence 400 feet west along the north
right of way line of Tulsa's 76th St., thence north
1,360 feet to a point on the curved southwesterly right
of way line of the A.T. &S.F. Railroad, thence southeasterly
along said right of way line to a point 856.46 feet due
north of the point of beginning, thence south 856.46
