ORDINANCE NO. 318
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 -11, SUB -
SECTION A, CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 1 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA,
ESTABLISHING CREATION AND PROCEDURE FOR
THE MUNICIPAL COURT ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 294 was passed by the City Council
of the City of Owasso, State of Oklahoma, on the 18th day of
November, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Ordinance is codified in Section
12 -11, Chapter 12, Article 1 of the Code of the City of
Owasso, Oklahoma; and
WHEREAS, public hearing, after proper notice thereof, has
been held regarding amendment of the procedure for municipal
court administration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Owasso has considered the
recommendations made during such hearing above referred to,
and further, has duly deliberated same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA.
I
That Section 12 -11, Chapter 12, Article 1 of the Code of
the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, providing in part, as follows:
A. A judge, other than an alternate
judge or acting judge, shall receive as
compensation the amount of money to be
fixed by the City Council of the City of
Owasso, to be paid to him monthly, in the
same manner as salaries of other
officials of the City of Owasso; provided
that such compensation shall not exceed
the sum of $250.00 per month . . .
be and same hereby is amended to provide, as follows:
A judge, other than an alternate
acting judge; shall receive as
compensation the amount of money
fixed by the City Council of the
Owasso, to be paid to him monthl
same manner as salaries of other
officials of the City of Owasso;
that such compensation shall not
the sum of $325.00 per month.

That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and same hereby are, expressly repealed, all
Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, not in conflict herewith
remain unaffected hereby, passed and approved this 16 day
of March, 1982.
