AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 175, APPROVING
ZONING APPLICATION NO. OZ -66 CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A TRACT CONTAINING 10.9 ACRES, MORE OR LESS,
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT ONE (1),
BLOCK TWO (2) ELM CREEK COMMERCIAL; THEN SOUTH 594
FEET, THEN 613 FEET WEST, THEN 390 FEET NORTHWEST,
THEN 482 FEET NORTH, THEN 820 FEET EAST TO POINT OF
BEGINNING, ALL IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH,
RANGE 14 EAST, IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM RS -3
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY -3 TO RD RESIDENTIAL
DUPLEX, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the
request for rezoning the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the
recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all
statements for and against the requested rezoning of OZ -66.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA
SECTION 1: That the zoning classification of the
following described property, to -wit:
Beginning at Southeast (SE) corner
of Lot One (1), Block Two (2), ELM CREEK
COMMERCIAL, thence South 594 feet,
thence 613 feet West, thence 390 feet
Northwest, thence 482 feet North, thence
820 feet East to point of beginning, all
in Section 29, Township 21 North, Range
14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma,
to be and the same is hereby rezoned from RS -3 Residential
Single Family to RD Residential Duplex.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly
repealed.

1982.
