AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NO. PUD -5,
PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A
TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 10.9 ACRES, MORE OR LESS,
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS, BEGINNING AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWO (2) ELM
CREEK COMMERCIAL; THEN SOUTH 594 FEET, THEN 613
FEET WEST, THEN 390 FEET NORTHWEST, THEN 482 FEET
NORTH, THEN 820 FEET EAST TO POINT OF BEGINNING,
ALL IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14
EAST, IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR.PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the
request for approval of a Planned Unit Development concerning
the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the
recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all
statements for and against the requested approval of PUD -5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA.
SECTION 1: That the zoning map of the City of Owasso,
Oklahoma, as established by Ordinance No. 175, be amended to
reflect the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned Unit
Development) as outlined in Application PUD -5 as such relates
to the following described property, to -wit:
Beginning at Southeast (SE) corner
of Lot One (1), Block Two (2), ELM CREEK
COMMERCIAL, thence South 594 feet,
thence 613 feet West, thence 390 feet
Northwest, thence 482 feet North, thence
820 feet East to point of beginning, all
in Section 29, Township 21 North, Range
14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma,
the Council hereby authorizing applicants to process a
subdivision plat incorporating provisions of the outlined
development plan.

SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly
repealed.
