AN ORDINANCE CLOSING TO THE PUBLIC USE AN FAMM
FOR UTILITY LINE AND /OR WATER MAINS AND LINES OVER
AND ACROSS A PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OWASSO BUSINESS
PARK, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF OWASSO, TULSA
COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND DECLARINGAN AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Owasso has heretofore been granted an
over the following described property:
The West 20 feet of the South 125 feet of Lot 2,
Block 2, Owasso Business Park, an Addition to the
City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according
to the recorded plat thereof,
and
The North 20 feet of the South 125 feet of Lot 2,
Block 2, Owasso Business Park, an Addition to the
City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according
to the recorded plat thereof, and,
WHEREAS, the need for said easement is no longer necessary in that
the water lines and mains therein have been relocated and the City now
deems it necessary and expedient to close said easement, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. That the City of Owasso does hereby close to the public use
the easement heretofore granted along the following described property,
to -wit:
The West 20 feet of the South 125 feet of Lot 2,
Block 2, Owasso Business Park, an Addition to the
City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according
to the recorded plat thereof,
and
The North 20 feet of the South 125 feet of Lot 2,
Block 2, Owasso Business Park, an Addition to the
City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according
to the recorded plat thereof;
Section 2. The City of Owasso shall retain the the absolute right to
re -open the public way or easement without expense to the City pursuant
to the provisions of 42 O.S. §41 -110;
Suction 3. That conditions exist pertaining to the health, safe
welfare o inhabitants of the City of Owasso requir" that the

hereof and that by reason
