HomeMy WebLinkAbout348_Amend Part 6 Ch 1 Sec 6-128(D)(1)_Traffic Code_Speeding in a School Zone_Amending 225430660 BOOK 4908 PAGE 2048 CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA ORDINANCE NO. 348 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PART 6- COURT, CHAPTER 1- MUNICIPAL COURT, AMENDING SECTION 6- 128(D)(1), REPEALING SAID SUBSECTION, IN PART, AMENDATORY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT: Section 1: The provisions of Section 6- 128(D)(1) of the City Code of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, providing as follows, to -wit: D.1. Any violation of the city traffic code which would constitute the defendant's third offense of the traffic code within a period of five (5) consecutive years; be and same hereby are amended to provide: D.1. Speeding in a school zone; Section 2: That all ordinances, rules, and regulations in conflict herewith are expressly repealed, and all ordinances, rules, and regulations not in conflict herewith shall remain unaffected hereby.
