AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 175, APPROVING ZONING
APPLICATION NO. OZ -73 CHANGING THE ZONING OF A TRACT CON-
TAINING 44.49 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, IN THE E/2 OF SECTION
20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE
AND MERIDIAN IN TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE
U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF, FROM AG AGRICULTURE, RS -2
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY, RD RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX, RM -1
RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY AND RM -2 RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY
TO OL OFFICE LIGHT AND OM OFFICE MEDIUM, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE-
WITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for
rezoning the property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of
the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the
requested rezoning of OZ -73.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described
property, to -wit:
A tract of land, containing 6.5069 acres, that is part of the E/2
of Section 20, T-21-N, R-14-E, Tulsa County, Oklahoma; said tract
of land being described as follows, to -wit: Starting at the
northeast corner of said Section 20; thence S. 00°01'55" West
along the easterly line of Section 20 for 1597.54'; thence South
89°59'10" West for 342.00' to the Point of beginning of said
tract of land; thence continuing S. 89°59'10" West for 384.00'
thence S. 44°29'20" West for 249.411; thence N. 89°43'01" West
