ORDINANCE NO. 353
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-104 PERTAINING OT THE DEPARTMENT
OF LAW AND THE DUTIES OF THE CITY ATTORNEY; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA.
Section 1. That Section 2-104 F of the City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows, to wit:
F. The City Attorney or his designated
deputy or assistant shall be present in
person, when so requested by a member of the
city council, as meetings of the city council
for the purpose of giving legal advice to the
city council.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
thereof in conflict herewith are repealed, provisions
consistent herewith remain unaffected hereby.
