AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -121 PERTAINING TO THE LICENSE
FEE /TAX FOR DOGS KEPT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF OWASSO, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY
OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. That Section 4 -121 of the City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows, to wit:
A. A tax of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per year for every dog
more than six (6) months of age is hereby levied upon the owner
of any such.dog kept or harbored within the City.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, provisions
consistent herewith remain unafeected hereby.
