WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning the property herein described, and, WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all state- ments for and against the requested rezoning of application OZ -69. a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property, to wit: The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW/4,SW/4) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N/2, SW/4, SW/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28) of Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, less and except the South 540 feet of the West 250 feet thereof, be and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture to an RS -3 Residential Single - family High Density District. Section 2. That the zoning classification of the follwing described property, to wit: The South 540 feet of the West 250 feet thereof, of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N/2, SW/4, SW/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28) of Township Twenty - one (21) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. be, and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG Agriculture to a CS Commercial Shopping District classification.
