HomeMy WebLinkAbout400_OPUD-8_Amending Ordinance 175_15 acres810479 BOOK 5189 PAGE 1010 CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA ORDINANCE NO. 400 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 175, APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NUMBER OPUD-8, PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 15 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE E/2 OF SECTION 20, T-21-N, R-14-E OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MORE PARTICU- LARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT, SAID POINT BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID E/2; THENCE S 89° 55'26 "W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID E/2 A DISTANCE OF 990.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DUE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 645.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE N 51°42'35 "E A DISTANCE OF 26.33 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DUE EAST A DISTANCE OF 969.70 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID E/2; THENCE S 00°01'55 "W ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID E/2 A DISTANCE OF 660.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGIN- NING, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re- quest for approval of a Planned Unit Development concerning the property herein described, and, WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recom- mendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of application OPUD -8. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO. OKLAHOMA. Section 1. That the zoning map of the City of Owasso, Okla- homa as established by Ordinance No. 175, be amended to reflect the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned Unit Development) as outlined in Application OPUD-8 as such relates to the following described property, to wit: A tract of land located in the E/2 of Section 20, T-21-N, k-14-E of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Okla- homa, more particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGIN- NING at a point, said point being the Southeast Corner of the Said E/2; Thence S 89°55'26 "W along the South line of said E/2 a distance of 990.00 feet to a point; Thence due North a distance of 645.00 feet to a point; Thence N 51°42'35 "E a distance of 26.33 feet to a point; Thence due East a distance of 969.70 feet to a point on the East line of said E/2; Thence S 00°01'55 "W along the East line of said E/2 a distance of 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, The City Council hereby authorizing applicants to process a subdivision plat incorporating provisions of the outlined devel- opment plan. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed. PASSED AND APPROVED this Twentieth day of December 1988.
