ORDINANCE NO. 400
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 175, APPROVING PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NUMBER OPUD-8, PROVIDING FOR THE
SUPPLEMENTAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 15
ACRES, MORE OR LESS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TRACT OF
LAND LOCATED IN THE E/2 OF SECTION 20, T-21-N, R-14-E OF THE
INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, MORE PARTICU-
LARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT, SAID
POINT BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID E/2; THENCE S 89°
55'26 "W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID E/2 A DISTANCE OF 990.00
FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DUE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 645.00 FEET
TO A POINT; THENCE N 51°42'35 "E A DISTANCE OF 26.33 FEET TO A
POINT; THENCE DUE EAST A DISTANCE OF 969.70 FEET TO A POINT ON
THE EAST LINE OF SAID E/2; THENCE S 00°01'55 "W ALONG THE EAST
LINE OF SAID E/2 A DISTANCE OF 660.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGIN-
NING, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the re-
quest for approval of a Planned Unit Development concerning the
property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recom-
mendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested rezoning of application OPUD -8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO. OKLAHOMA.
Section 1. That the zoning map of the City of Owasso, Okla-
homa as established by Ordinance No. 175, be amended to reflect
the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned Unit Development) as
outlined in Application OPUD-8 as such relates to the following
described property, to wit:
A tract of land located in the E/2 of Section 20, T-21-N,
k-14-E of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Okla-
homa, more particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGIN-
NING at a point, said point being the Southeast Corner of
the Said E/2; Thence S 89°55'26 "W along the South line of
said E/2 a distance of 990.00 feet to a point; Thence due
North a distance of 645.00 feet to a point; Thence N
51°42'35 "E a distance of 26.33 feet to a point; Thence due
East a distance of 969.70 feet to a point on the East line
of said E/2; Thence S 00°01'55 "W along the East line of said
E/2 a distance of 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning,
The City Council hereby authorizing applicants to process a
subdivision plat incorporating provisions of the outlined devel-
opment plan.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
