ORDINANCE NO 428
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 175, APPROVING
ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER OZ-83 CHANGING THE ZONING OF
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE WEST HALF OF SECTION 19,
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA,
FROM AN AG, AGRICULTURE GENERAL DISTRICT TO AN RS -3,
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT; RM -1,
RESIDENTIAL MULTI- FAMILY LOW DENSITY DISTRICT; AND A CS,
COMMERCIAL SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT; AND IN THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST,
TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM AN AG, AGRICULTURE GENERAL
DISTRICT TO AN RS-3, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY HIGH
DENSITY DISTRICT; AND AN RM -1, RESIDENTIAL MULTI - FAMILY
LOW DENSITY DISTRICT; AND THE NORTH 300 FEET OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 25,
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA,
FROM AN AG, AGRICULTURE GENERAL DISTRICT TO AN RM -1,A-
RESIDENTIAL MULTI- FAMILY LOW DENSITY DISTRICT, AND DD
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request
for rezoning the property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the
recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested rezoning of application OZ -83.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA.
The South 466.7 feet of the West 466.7 feet of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
(SW/4 SW/4 SW/4) of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14
East of the Indian Base and Meridian, City of Owasso, Tulsa
County, Oklahoma, said tract containing five (5) acres more or
less,
be, and the same is hereby rezoned from an AG (Agriculture General)
District to a CS (Commercial Shopping Center) District, and
The North 300 feet of the West 766.7 feet of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW /4 NW /4) of Section 30,
Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and
Meridian, City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, said tract
containing five (5) acres, more or less; and
The North 766.7 feet of the West 766.7 feet of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW /4 NW /4) of Section 19,
Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and
Meridian, City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, LESS AND
EXCEPT the North 466.7 feet of the West 466.7 feet, said tract
containing 8.5 acres, more or less; and
The South 766.7 feet of the West 766.7 feet of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW /4 SW /4) of Section 19,
Township 21 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and
Meridian, City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, LESS AND
EXCEPT the South 466.7 feet of the West 466.7 feet, said tract

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed.
