HomeMy WebLinkAbout451_OZ 90_Part of Lot 1 Blck 20 Elm Creek Estates_CS to IL5481 1694 93-019870 CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA ORDINANCE NO 451 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 175, APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER OZ -90 CHANGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN A PORTION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 20 OF ELM CREEK ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM CS, COMMERCIAL SHOPPING DISTRICT TO IL, INDUSTRIAL LIGHT DISTRICT, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning the property herein described, and, WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of application OZ -90. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA. Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property, to wit: The north 372.83 feet of a tract of land in part of Lot 1, Block 20 of Elm Creek Estates First Addition, an addition to the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: In Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, BEGINNING AT A POINT 285.51 feet east of the northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 20; thence east along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 330.97 feet; thence due west along the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 323.70 feet to a point in the south line being 255 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence northerly a distance of 622.88 feet to the point of beginning be, and the same is hereby rezoned from CS (Commercial Shopping) District to IL (Industrial Light) District. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed. PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of November, 1992.
