WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning of the property herein described, and, WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of application OZ -9401. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA. Section 1. MEMORANDUM TO: THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COUNCIL CITY OF OWASSO FROM: TIMOTHY ROONEY CITY PLANNER SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 478 DATE. February 18, 1994 BACKGROUND: On February 15, 1994, the Owasso City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request of 12.69 acre area from OL (Office Light Intensity) and CS (Commercial Shopping Center) districts to an RS-3 (Residential: Single Family High Density) district. As you may recall, the 01 and CS zoning was the underlying zoning in the northwest portion of the abandoned planned unit development. Ordinance 478, attached for your review, would formally adopt the actions of the City Council from their February 15, 1994 meeting. ATTACHMENTS: 1, Ordinance No. 478.
