ORDINANCE NO. 479
AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATION NO. OPUD -10, ABANDONING THE SUPPLEMENTAL
DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING
APPROXIMATELY 121 ACRES, LOCATED IN THE EAST HALF OF
SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA
COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for abandonment of
CD OPUD -10 concerning the property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested abandonment
of OPUD -10,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA;
Section 1. That the zoning map of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma be amended to
reflect the abandonment of the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned Unit Development)
on the following described property, to wit:
A tract of land located in the East Half (E/2) of Section 20, Township 21 North,
Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, being
more particularly described as follows: commencing at the Northeast corner of said

DATE: February 18, 1994
BACKGROUND:
On February 15, 1994, the Owasso City Council unanimously approved a request to abandon
a previously approved planned unit development located between 86th and 96th Streets, north
and east of the Lakeridge Addition. By approving the abandonment of the planned unit
development, the zoning on this property would revert to its original classification of RS-3.
Ordinance 4799 attached for your review, would formally adopt the actions of the City Council
from their February 15, 1994 meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff is recommending City Council approval of Ordinance No. 479.
