WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning of the
property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of
application OZ-95-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT
Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property, to
wit:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter (NE/4 SE/4 SW/4) of Section Six (6), Township Twenty-one (21) North,
Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, State of
Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of said NEA SE/4 SW/4 a distance of
1296.12 feet North of the Southeast corner of said SW/4, said point being the most

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER
OZ -95-03 CHANGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA
COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM AG (AGRICULTURAL) TO RS -3
(RESIDENTIAL SINGLE - FAMILY HIGH DENSITY), AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for
rezoning of the properly herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the reconwnenda-
tion of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and
against the requested rezoning of application OZ- 95.03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT

SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 503
DATE: May 31, 1995
BACKGROUND.
At the May 16, 1995 meeting, the Owasso City Council recommended approval of a rezoning
request from AG (Agriculture) to RS -3 (Residential Single - Family High Density) on an
approximate 100 acre parcel of land located north and west of the northwest corner of E. 116th
Street North and Garnett Road.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 503 which formally adopts the City Council's rezoning
action of May 16, 1995.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 503.
