At the May 16, 1995 meeting, the Owasso City Council recommended approval of a rezoning request from AG (Agriculture) to RS -3 (Residential Single - Family High Density) on an approximate 100 acre parcel of land located north and west of the northwest corner of E. 116th Street North and Garnett Road. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 503 which formally adopts the City Council's rezoning action of May 16, 1995. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 503.
