VMEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for approval of a
Planned Unit Development concerning the property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested approval of
OPUD-13,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA;
Section 1. That the zoning map of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma be amended to
reflect the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned Unit Development) on the following
described property, to wit:

Section 2. The City Council hereby authorizes development upon such tract in
accordance with the provisions of the Outline Development Plan submitted with the
application, as well as all amendments or modifications thereto, as required by the Cit
Council, same being hereby made a part of such Outline Development Plan and includ

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the
same are hereby expressly repealed.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATION NO.OPUD -13, PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMEN-
TAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING
APPROXIMATELY 126 ACRES, LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14
EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for

described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommenda-
tion of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and
against the requested approval of OPUD -13,

thereof lying north and west of the westerly right-of-way of US High-
way 169 more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at
the southwest corner of said NW /4, thence N 01 *12'26'W along the
west line of said NW /4 for 2638.46 feet to the northwest comer there-
of, thence N W44'59'E along the north line of said NW /4 for 2651.53
feet to the northeast corner thereof, thence S 01 °14'06'E along the
east line of said NW /4 for 998.20 feet to the point of intersection of the
east lire of said NW /4 and the westerly fight-of-way of said US High-
way 169, thence S 48 °54'01'W along said right-of-way fine for 1193.92
feet, thence on a curve to the left along said right -of -way lane having a
radius of 5230.51 feet and a central angle of 13 °14'19' for 1208.46
lost to a point on the south line of said NW /4, thence S 88 °41'16'W
along said south lane for 906.08 feet to the point of beginning.

At the May 16, 1995 meeting, the Owasso City Council recommended approval of a rezoning
request from AG (Agriculture) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) on a 126 acre tract of land
located at the southeast corner of E. 96th Street North and Garnett Re-qd.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 505 which formally adopts the City Council's rezoning
action of May 16, 1995.
