AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NO.OPUD -13, PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMEN- TAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 126 ACRES, LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDI- NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. DATE: May 31, 1995 At the May 16, 1995 meeting, the Owasso City Council recommended approval of a rezoning request from AG (Agriculture) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) on a 126 acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of E. 96th Street North and Garnett Re-qd.
