CITY OF OWASSO ORDINANCE Poo. 516 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER OZ -95 -07 CHANGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN A PORTION OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM AG (AGRI- CULTURAL) TO OL (OFFICE LIGHT) AND CS (COMMERCIAL SHOPPING CENTER), AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. Avenue. A subject map is attached for your information and review. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 516 which formally adopts the City Council's rezoning action of October 17, 1995.
