NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT be, and the same is hereby rezoned from RMT (Residential Multi-Family Townhomes) to CS (Commercial Shopping Center) District. CITY OF OWASSO ORDINANCE NO. 552 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER OZ- 97-02 CHANGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM RMT (RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMI- LY TOWNHOMES) TO CS (COMMERCIAL SHOPPING CENTER), AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH.
