NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property, to wit: be, and the same is hereby rezoned from OL (Office Light) to CS (Commercial Shopping Center) District. Section 2. ORDINANCE NO. 565 DATE- m January 21, 1995 ACING At the January 20, 1995 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone property located within the South Half (S/2) of the South Half (S/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 20, Township 21 North, Range 14 East. The subject property is located north of E. 86th Street Forth, immediately east of the Bank of the Lakes site. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 565 which formally adopts the City Council's action of January 20, 1998, thus rezoning the subject property from OL (Office Light) to CS (Commercial Shopping Center).
