ORDINANCE NO. 566
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER
OZ-98-02 CHANGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
(SE/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) OF SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIOP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, TULSA COUNTY,
OKLAHOMA, FROM IL (LIGHT iNDUSTRIAL) TO CG (COMMERCIAL
GENERAL), AND REPLEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regardin the request for rezoning of the
property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of
application OZ-98-02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT
Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property, to with:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED THE NE/4 OF THE SE/4 OF THE SE/4 OF
SECTION 30, T21N, R14E, TULSA CO, OKLAHOMA, SAID TRACT OF LAND
BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOTS 3, 4, 5 & rESERVE "A" OF FORREST DRIVE INDUSTRIAL PAR, AND
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF OWASSO.
be, and the same is hereby rezoned from il (light industrial) to CG (Commercial General)
District.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordindnaces in conflict herewith
be, and the same, are hereby expressly repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of February 1998.

At the January 20, 1998 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone
property located within the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 14 East. The subject
property is located west of the Owasso Expressway, directly west and northwest of Keller
Williams Realty.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 566 which formally adopts the City Council's action of
January 20, 1998, thus rezoning the subject property from IL (Light Industrial) to CG
(Commercial General).
