AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATION NO. OPUD-98-01, PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL
DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING
APPROXIMATELY 288.303 ACRES, LOCATED WITHIN PART OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW/4) AND PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
(NE/4) AND ALL OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E/2
SE/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT (28), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-ONE (21)
NORTH, RANGE FOURTEEN (14) EAST, OWASSO, TULSA COUNTY,
OKLAHOMA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREIWTH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for approval of a Planned
Unit Development concerning the property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso
Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested approval of OPUD-98-01,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA;
Section 1. That the zoning map of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma be amended to refelct the
supplemental disgnation of PUD (Planned Unit Development) on the following described property, to
wit:
A TRACT OF LAND THAT IS PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW/4) AND
PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) AND ALL OF THE EAST HALF OF
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E/2 SE/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT (28),
THOWNSHIP TWENTY-ONE (21) NORTH, RANGE FOURTEEN (14) EAST, OF THE
INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, TUSLA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, SAID
TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NE/4; THENCE SOUTH
00°15'50" WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE NE/4 FOR A DISTANCE OF

SAID TRACT CONTAINING 12,558,464 SQUARE FEET OR 288.303 ACRES.
Section 2. The City Council hereby authorizes development upon such tract in accordance
with the provisions of the Outline Development Plan of November 12, 1997 (Revised December 15,
1997) submitted with the application, as well as all amendments or modifications thereto, as required
by the City Council, same being hereby made a part of such Outline Development Plan and included
therewith.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same
are hereby expressly repealed.

WATE: January 21, 1998
At the January 20, 1998 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone
property located within the Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and Part of the Northeast
Quarter (NE/4) and all of the East Half (E/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 28,
Township 21 North, Range 14 East. The subject property is located south of E. 86th Street
North, between N. 129th E. Avenue and N. 145th E. Avenue. This rezoning request established
the supplemental designation of Planned Unit Development on the above described property.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 570 which formally adopts the City Council's action of
January 20, 1998, thus establishing the supplemental zoning designation of PUD (Planned Unit
Development).
