The subject property is located north and west of E. 96th Street North and the Owasso Expressway. The rezoning request provided for a change in zoning from AG (Agriculture) to CS (Commercial Shopping Center), OL (Office Light), RS-3 (Residential Single -Family High Density), RS-2 (Residential Single - Family Low Density), and RE (Residential Estates). Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 572 which formally adopts the City Council's action of March 17, 1998, thus rezoning the subject property from AG to CS, OL, RS-3, RS-2, and RE.
