AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER
OZ-98-10 CHAMGING THE ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
(NE/4) OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST,
TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, FROM AG (AGRICULTURE) TO OL
(OFFICE LIGHT), AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning of the
property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested rezoning of
application OZ-98-10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT
Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property, to wit:
LOT 1 BLOCK 1, HILLSIDE ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
OWASSO, TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA,
be, and the same is hereby rezoned from AG (Agriculture to OL (Office Light).
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict hereiwth

SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 590
DATE: August 20, 1998
At the August 18, 1998 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone property
located within the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 12,
Township 21 North, Range 13 East from AG (Agriculture) to OL (Office Light). The subject
property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of E 116i° Street North and Mingo
Road, described as Lot 1, Block 1, Hillside Estates.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 590 which formally adopts the City Council's action of
August 18, 1998.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 590.
