ORDINANCE NO. 592
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for approval of a
Planned Unit Development concerning the property herein described, and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested approval of
OPUD-I5,
NOW, WHEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWAS O, OKLAHOMA;
Section 1. That the coning map of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma be ended to
reflect the supplemental designation of PHIS (Planned Unit Development) on the following
described property, to wit:
AND
Section 24 The City Council hereby authorizes development upon such tract in
accordance with the provisions of the Outline Development Plan of July 15, 1998 submitted
with the application, as well as all amendments or modifications thereto, as required by the
City Council, same being hereby made a part of such Outline Development Plan and included
therewith
Section , That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the
sane are hereby expressly repealed,

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP-
MENT APPLICATION NO. OPUD-15, PROVIDING FOR THE
SUPPLEMENTAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF
LAND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 254 ACRES, LOCATED
IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST,
OWASSO, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request
for approval of a Planned Unit Development concerning the property
herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recom-
mendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements
for and against the requested approval of OPUD-15,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA;
SECTION 1. That the zoning map of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma
be amended to reflect the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned
Unit Development) on the following described property, to-wit:

BACKGROUND
At the August 18, 1998 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone property
located within Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 14 East. The subject property is located
north of E 86' Street North, between N 145' E. Avenue and N 161" E Avenue. The rezoning
request established the supplemental designation of Planned Unit Development on the above
described property.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 592 which formally adopts the City Council's action of
August 18, 1998, thus establishing the supplemental zoning designation of PUD (Planned Unit
Development).
Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 592.
