OPUD-15, PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL DESIGNATION PUD ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 254 ACRES, LOCATED IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, OWASSO, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for approval of a Planned Unit Development concerning the property herein described, and, WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation fo the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for and against the requested approval of OPUD-15, NOW THEREFORE, BEIT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA; Section 1. Cates, City Attorney MEMORANDUM TO: THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COUNCIL CITY OF OWASSO FROM: THERON WARLICK CITY PLANNER SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 592 DATE: August 20, 1998 BACKGROUND At the August 18, 1998 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone property located within Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 14 East. The subject property is located north of E 86' Street North, between N 145' E. Avenue and N 161" E Avenue. The rezoning request established the supplemental designation of Planned Unit Development on the above described property. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 592 which formally adopts the City Council's action of August 18, 1998, thus establishing the supplemental zoning designation of PUD (Planned Unit Development).
