Cates, City Attorney City of Owasso, Oklahoma /sLMark Wilken Mark Wilken, Mayor MEMORANDUM TO: THE HONORABLE MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL CITY OF OWASSO FROM: THERON WARLICK CITY PLANNER SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 621 DATE: October 25, 1999 BACKGROUND: At the October 19, 1999 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a request to rezone property located within Section 31, Township 21 North, Range 14 East. The subject property is located on either side of Fifth Avenue and on the west side of Main Street, south of Fourth Avenue, and contains 30.99 acres, more or less. The rezoning request changes the zoning of the subject property from AG (Agriculture) District and RM -1 (Residential Multi - Family) District to IL (Industrial Low - Intensity) District. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 621 which formally adopts the City Council's action of October 19, 1999, thus establishing the change in zoning designation from AG and RM -1 to IL.
