Cates, City Attorney F MEMORANDUM TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND COUNCIL CITY OF OWASSO FROM: TIMOTHY ROONEY ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 645 PITTMAN POE & ASSOCIATES DATE: April 25, 2000 BACKGROUND: At the April 18, 2000 regular meeting, the City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request from Pittman Poe and Associates in order to establish the supplemental zoning designation of Planned Unit Development. The subject property contains 157.5 acres, more or less, and is generally located south of E. 106th Street North, west of N. 145th E. Avenue. Ordinance No. 645 would formally adopt the action taken by the Council at the April 18, 2000 meeting. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 645. ATTACHMENTS: 1.
