WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for approval of a Planned Unit Development concerning the property herein described, and WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for or against the requested approval of OPUD-02-03; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Om OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, that, SECTION 1: The zoning map of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma be amended to feflect the supplemental designation of PUD (Planned Unit Development) on the following described property, to wit: THE S/2 OF THE E/2 OF THE SE1/4 OF THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 13, T 21 N, R 13 E; SAID LOT CONTAINING 10 ACRES, MORE OR LESS SECTION 2: The City Council hereby authorizes development upon such tract in accordance with the provisions of the Outline Development Plan submitted with the application, as well as all amendments or modifications thereo, as required by the City Council, same being hereby made a part of such Outline Development Plan and included therewith. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby expressly repealed. Marcioutwell, City Clerk MEMORANDUM TO: THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COUNCIL CITY OF OWASSO FROM: ROBERT MOORE CITY PLANNER SUBJECT: ORDINANCE NO. 720 DATE: October 28, 2002 BACKGROUND: At the October 15, 2002 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a planned unit development application on property described as the S/2 of the E/2 of the SE I/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, T 21 N, R 13 E. The approval provides for the supplemental zoning designation from RS -3 (Residential Single Family High Density District) to PUD/RS -3 (Planned Unit Development/Residential Single Family High Density District). The subject property is generally located at the northwest corner of the 96" Street N. and 97" East Ave. intersection and contains approximately 10 acres + / -. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 720 that formally adopts the City Council's action of October 15, 2002. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 720. ATTACHMENT: 1.
