21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE & MERIDIAN, TULSA

SHOPPING CENTER), AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning of the
described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso
Planning Commission and all statements for or against the requested rezoning of application OZ-04-14.

SUBJECT: ORDINANCE 807
DATE: December 28, 2004
At the December 21, 2004 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a rezoning request from Hunt
Properties, Inc. for 1.3 acres of land along the northern border of Smith Farms Marketplace and
requested that it be rezoned from AG (Agricultural) to CS (Commercial shopping Center) .
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 807 that formally adopts the City Council's action of December
21, 2004.
The staff recommends Council approval of ordinance 807.
