WHEREAS, the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, has deemed it necessary and expedient to close to the public use a portion of certian utility/access easements; WHEREAS, said utility/access easements are described as follows: 1. EASTMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE RECOREDED PLAT OF ATOR HEIGHTS THIRD ADDITION, PLAT NO. 3309.
