AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ZONING APPLICATION NUMBER OZ 05-07 CHANGING
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY INSIDE THE NE/4 OF SECTION 24, T-21-B, R-13-E I.B.&M.,
BEING ALL THAT PART OF THE NE/4 OF SAID SECTION 24 LYING EAST OF THE
SOUTH KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA RAILROAD (A.T.&S.F. R.R.) RIGHT-OF-WAY,
TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT
SURVEY THEREOF; CONTAINING 87 ACRES MORE OR LESS, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning of the property
herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso
Planning Commission and all statements for or against the requested rezoning of application OZ
05-07.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAENED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO,
OKLAHOMA, THAT,
Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property, to wit:
is hereby changed from AG Agricultural to RS-2 Residential Single-Family.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the
same are hereby expressly repealed.
