NORTH, RANGE FOURTEEN (14) EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND
MERIDIAN, TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO
THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF.
WHEREAS) public hearings have. been held regarding the request for rezoning of the
property herein described; and,
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the Owasso
Planning Commission and all statements for or against the requested rezoning of application OZ
06 -03.
THEREFORE, ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

(21) NORTH, RANGE FOURTEEN (14) EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND

BACKGROUND:
At the April 18, 2006 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a Rezoning request (OZ 06-03) for
approximately 3.9 acres of property located approximately i/4 mile south of East 96'h Street North and
cast of the Owasso Expressway service road.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 857 that formally adopts the City Council's action of April 18,
2006.
