BACKGROUND:
At the May 16, 2006 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a Planned Unit Development request
(OPUD 0601) for approximately 38.409 acres of property located east of the Owasso Expressway,
between East 98th Street North and East 101 st Street North, north of I st Baptist Church.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 865 that formally adopts the City Council's action of May 16,
2006.
Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 865.
