Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for or against the requested rezoning of

BACKGROUND:
At the August 15, 2006 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a rezoning request (OZ 06-
05) for approximately 78.47 acres from (AG) Agriculture to (RS -3) Residential Single- Family,
located on the west side of North 129"' East Ave, approximately ' /zmile north of East 66`x' Street
North, just south of the Baptist Retirement Village.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 875 that formally adopts the City Council' s action of
August 15, 2006.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 875.
