OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, FROM
RS -3 SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO CG COMMERCIAL, AND

CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held regarding the request for rezoning of the
property herein described, and
WHEREAS, the Owasso City Council has considered the recommendation of the
Owasso Planning Commission and all statements for or against the requested rezoning of
application OZ- 07 -05.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT,
Section 1. The zoning classification of the following described property, to wit:
LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK TWENTY -NINE (29), ORIGINAL TOWN OF
OWASSO, TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
be, and the same is hereby zoned from RS -3 Single - Family Residential to CG Commercial.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are
hereby expressly repealed.

SUBJECT: ORDINANCE 900
DATE: August 28, 2007
BACKGROUND:
At the August 21, 2007 meeting, the Owasso City Council approved a rezoning request for property
located at 302 South Main Street. The approval changed the zoning from RS -3 Single - Family
Residential to CG Commercial.
Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 900 that formally adopts the City Council's action of August
21, 2007.
RECOMMENDATION:
The staff recommends Council approval of ordinance 900.
