NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT, Section 1. The approval changed the zoning from RS -3 Single - Family Residential to CG Commercial. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 900 that formally adopts the City Council's action of August 21, 2007.
