OPUD- 07 -03, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR MULTI- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ON A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 18 ACRES, LOCATED IN SECTION 20 TOWNSHIP SRC AUNTY, 0 OKLAHOMA, THE INDIAN BASE AN D MERIDIAN AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. The City Council hereby authorizes development upon such tract in accordance with the provisions of the Outline Development Plan submitted with the application, as well as all amendments or modifications thereto, as required by the City Council, same being hereby made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A ". Section 3. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict only.. Section 4. The approval changed the zoning district from an AG (Agriculture) Zoning District to PUD 07 -03 allowing multi- family and commercial uses. The Council took action on this Planned Unit Development (PUD) request following the Planning Commission's approval on January 7, 2008. Attached is a copy of Ordinance No. 913 that formally adopts the City Council's action of January 15, 2008. RECOMMENDATION: The staff recommends Council approval of Ordinance No. 913. ATTACHMENT: 1.
