HAgendns.0PGA:_O041Oi ISO" d— ME OWASSO PUBLIC GOLF AUTHORITY MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, May 4, 2004 The Owasso Public Golf Authority met in regular session on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 in the Council Chambers at Old Central per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the City Fall bulletin board at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2004. ITEM 1. C;ALI. TO ORDER Chairman Cochran called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. ITEM 2. FLAG SALUTE The flag salute was held during the City Council meeting preceding this meeting. ITEM 3. ROLL CALL, PRESENT ABSENT Gary Cochran, Chair Susan Kimball, Vice Chair Steve Cataudella, Trustee Brent Colgan, Trustee Craig Thoendel, Trustee A. Rodney s Authority Manager Ronald Cates, Authority Attorney Chairman Cochran called for nominations for the position of OPGA Chair. Mr. Cochran then nominated Vice Chair Susan Kimball. The nomination was seconded by Mr. Cataudella. YEA: Cataudella, Colgan, Kimball, Cochran, Thoendel MAY: None Motion carried 5-0. Owasso Public GolfAttthority May 4, 2004 ITEM 5. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR Chairman Kimball called for nominations for the position of OPGA Vice Chair. Mr. Cataudella nominated Craig Thoendel. The nomination was seconded by Mr. Colgan. YEA: Cataudella, Colgan, Kimball, Cochran, Thoendel NAYo None Motion carried 5-0. ITEM 6. CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA. A. Approval of Minutes of April 20, 2004 Regular Meeting. B. Approval of Claims. Mr. Cochran moved, seconded by Mr. Cataudella, to approve the OPGA Consent Agenda with claims totaling $63,928.34 and payroll claims totaling $22,569.07. YEA: Colgan, Cataudella, Kimball, Cochran, Thoendel NAY: None Motion carried 5-0. Mr. Ray thanked Judge Hilsabeck for administering the Oaths of Office this evening. Mr. Ray also commented on the excellent work Judge Hilsabeck, along with City Prosecutor Chuck Ramsey and Court Clerk Janet Jackson, did with the Owasso Municipal Court. Mr. Ray announced there would be a reception honoring Mayor Gary Cochran, newly -seated councilor Brent Colgan and the newly -elected Mayor and Vice Mayor immediately following the conclusion of the OPGA meeting.
