A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO,
OKLAHOMA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A PROJECT
AGREEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE STATE
HIGHWAY 20 WIDENING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma to execute a
certain Project Agreement and Maintenance Agreement for the installation of traffic signals at
State Highway 20 and U.S. Highway 169 Interchange Improvements (Federal Aid Project No.
STPY -072B (421) and State Job Piece No. 09482(04), by and between the City of Owasso and
the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described agreements on behalf of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma.
APPROVED this 20t'' day of September, 2005 by the City Council of the City of
Owasso, Oklahoma at a regularly scheduled meeting, in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
